halfway there!

I can't believe we're already 20 weeks pregnant!  Only 20 more to go!  The first half has flown by, so I hope the last half goes just as fast!

20 weeks pregnant with baby girl hollern {i can tell I'm A LOT bigger since the last pic 2 weeks ago ...let's hope the "growing" slows down a little in the next 20 weeks or I won't be able to fit in the picture}!

She is definitely growing, and I can feel her kicks/movements getting much stronger...she's very active at night.

As of this week, I can no longer button my blue jeans, and I probably need to go buy some bigger clothes SOON (IF the weather will ever decide what it's going to do...75 one day and then 40 the next!).

After the kids expo we took Porter to get his haircut, and on the way there we passed a home decorator fabric store I had never been in, so after the haircut (much better than the last time by the way!!) we went by to check it out and we I picked out the baby bedding fabric!!  They also do custom sewing, so it was a one-stop deal!  I have been to countless local baby boutique's, looked online, and just couldn't find anything I liked (that wasn't $2000!), so needless to say I'm excited that I was able to find two simple fabrics for baby girls room that I can get made exactly how I want :) 

They have the yardage I need of the two fabrics on hold, so I'll go back later this week and finalize everything--I have another sonogram wednesday and I wanted to MAKE SURE she's still a she!  I was almost 18 weeks at the last ultrasound, and it was pretty conclusive, but I want to be even more sure before I go and buy something that can't be taken back! 

We have also picked out a NAME!! This was a very hard decision, and we finally did it and agreed on both a first and middle name.  The funny thing is, that neither name is a name we had even discussed before this weekend...but we both like it and I can't wait to start monogramming!  

BUT, we are still sticking with the not sharing the name...sorry! I hate it when people don't share the name too!  I'm sure my family will NOT be happy that we're keeping it a secret, BUT it is sorta their fault (let's just say that had some mean strong opinions about names when I was pregnant with Porter...so they don't get input this time!)

Because we're not sharing the name, we're going to be careful about saying her name in front of Porter (becuase I think he could easily be bribed by certain people with toys, candy, etc.) and he repeats EVERYTHING these days and never forgets a thing (he's still talking about throwing up on his blankie at Pop's house nearly a month ago AND falling in the ditch and getting muddy TEN MONTHS AGO!)...so for now, Porter just knows her as baby, or sister (sisser or sissy, to him) :)
